auteon is looking for a Sales Manager (m/f/d) who accelerate our growth with us. In that role you’ll have a significant impact on the company’s success.

We’re a collaborative team who genuinely enjoys working together in a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, frontend developers, sales managers, marketing professionals and quality engineers to make auteon a better product. We'll help you build your career in Sales while you collaborate with a diverse team of talented individuals. You are a self starter who is passionate about customer happiness.

What you should have

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS
  • Commitment to pursuing a career in sales
  • Consistent track record of overachieving
  • Empathetic listener and persuasive communicator
  • Competitive, resilient, and highly motivated
  • A great attitude and love for teamwork
  • Technical understanding and passion for cars
  • German language proficiency

What you’ll be doing

  • Generate and contact leads (car repair workshops) through personalized outreach
  • Providing a world-class prospect and customer experience through every interaction
  • Become a product expert and learn auteon’s selling practices
  • Keep records of interactions with leads in our CRM (hubspot.com)
  • Help to build scalable demand generation campaigns based on data
  • Collaborate with the product team to provide clear feedback on client needs and learnings
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements in our process
