auteon is looking for an Digital Marketing Manager (m/f/d) who drives our online marketing strategy and accelerates our growth with us. In that role you’ll have a significant impact on the company.

What you should have

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in fast growing start-up or agency
• Consistent track record of overachieving
• Strong analytic competences
• Competitive, resilient, and highly motivated
• A great attitude and love for teamwork
• Experience with Google Ads, Search Console, Tag Manager, Analytics, Mailchimp, SEMRush, Sistrix and Hubspot or similar tools
• Bachelor’s degree
• German language proficiency

What you’ll be doing

• Conceptualizing, planning and controlling of digital marketing campaigns
• Taking care of all SEA & SEO activities
• Analysing customer and prospect behaviour
• Developing editorial plans and onboarding copywriters/ content agencies
• Operating the auteon blog and all social media channels
• Running and tracking newsletter campaigns for our customer base
• A/B testing on landing pages and online advertising activities
• Reporting directly to C-level executive
